Tool wear has great impacts on tool life and cutting parameter selection in the machining process. As ceramic inserts are widely employed efficient machining, it is of significance to predict accurately tools. The purpose this research demonstrate forming influence mechanisms crater Ti6Al4V with while considering temperature tool-chip interface.
